List of Panel Descriptions

Programming hours
Friday: 4pm – 1am
Saturday: 10am ‐ 2am
Sunday: 10am ‐ 2pm

There are many reasons why you might want to present content. We value the perspectives, experience, knowledge and passion of our fans, so much so that we wholeheartedly welcome our attendees, supporters and overall members of Anime USA to submit their ideas for topical dissections (aka panels).

This content does can cover a wide array of presentation formats. In the past we have welcomed intellectual discussions, drawing classes, instructional seminars and more (even dance classes).

Anime USA would not be what it is without content creators like you! For the smoothest application process possible for all parties please read all guidelines carefully.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING A PANEL APPLICATION, DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR BADGE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR APPROVAL OR DENIAL EMAIL. ANIME USA WILL NOT REIMBURSE PANELISTS FOR BADGES PURCHASED AFTER THEY SUBMITTED PANELS.

Panel Groups – Please have ONE presenter submit all of your panels and provide the SAME primary email address for ease of tracking.

All panelists need to be over the age of 18 as of October 14th, 2022.

We cannot guarantee any particular room, timeslot, etc. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. If you have a particular need, please let us know in the comments field at the end.

The Anime USA Mobile Tech team will endeavor to assist you at the beginning of your panel. However, we strongly recommend you bring all cables/chargers/adaptors you need as we cannot guarantee any specific piece of equipment will be available.

Panelists are expected to follow all Anime USA and Hotel rules while at Anime USA. Failure to do so may result in removal of panels and/or loss of panelist badge.
